There are two ways to make your reservation at our condo:
(1) You may contact us via this website, and handle the transaction in the same satisfactory manner we’ve done with renters since 2005.  Specifically, we’ll send you a straight-forward lease via email to review…. we answer any questions you have….. we’ll put you in touch with previous renters if you’d like…. We communicate. Our conversations by email or phone are how we get a sense of one another, because it’s in both of our best interests to have a good match between your needs and our property!
(2) You can request to book our property through VRBO/HomeAway.  However know that they charge us a transaction fee (which we are have to pass along), a fee for using their mandatory payment processor (which we have to pass along) AND they charge travelers a 7-8% “Service Fee” which goes to VRBO/HomeAway.  We are not clear who this “service fee” benefits, other than VRBO/HomeAway.
Jan – April 2018: $2700/mo
All others: $1900/mo.
 $100 cleaning fee
State and Local Taxes which we must collect are 12%
There is a $400 security deposit which we refund promptly if no issues.
No booking fee or “service” fee if booked directly with us.
Rates include wi-fi, expanded cable and utilities (see below).
3 pm check-in, 10 am check-out, unless otherwise arranged.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 



Rental dates:  Marina Bay condo by-laws require a minimum one month rental.  However, you will note that our off-peak rates are discounted.  It is not uncommon for people to rent a month and actually use it less.  For example, 2 weeks in the summer are the equivalent of $850/week, so if you can’t stay the whole month, you’ve paid the going weekly rate anyway, and if you can stay longer, then it’s even better!


Smoking and Pets:  Smoking is not permitted in the unit. Pets are not permitted.


Parking:  The unit has a 1 car garage, and a non-designated parking spot in front of the unit.  While parking for two vehicles (garage and parking spot) right near your front door is quite sufficient for most people, if you have need of additional parking (for a visitor, for example), it is available in the parking area between the buildings.
Personal vehicles are welcome, but condo by-laws prohibit parking of commercial vehicles, RVs, motorcycles, trailers, etc.  We are happy to assist you in finding alternate parking arrangements if needed.


Utilities:  Cable, wi-fi, water, sewer, recycling, & electric are covered utilities.  A land line can be arranged if desired, however most people prefer to just use their cell phones. There is a $100/mo. cap on electric, which should amply cover your needs.
